Refund Policy

How refunds work for HatchLog Pro and Registry credits. How a refund is handled depends on where you bought. Last updated: 19 June 2026

In the HatchLog app

Refunds for purchases made inside the HatchLog app are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Request a refund through your App Store or Google Play account.

On reptileclub.com

Web purchases are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment and collects any sales tax or VAT. To request a refund for a web purchase, email support@reptileclub.com with your order details and we will review it.

HatchLog Pro

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. We do not refund time already elapsed in a billing period, except where the law requires it. Subscriptions bought in the app are canceled in your App Store or Google Play settings. Subscriptions bought on reptileclub.com are managed and canceled through the customer portal linked from your receipt.

Registry credits

A Registry credit is a consumable digital good. Once a credit is used to register an animal it has created a permanent public record in The Registry and cannot be refunded. Unused credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

Buyers in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. Because credits and digital content are made available right away, you may be asked at checkout to agree to immediate access and to acknowledge that using what you bought ends that right. Where the right still applies, contact us and we will honor it.

How to request a refund

Email support@reptileclub.com with your account email, the purchase, and the date. We aim to respond within a few business days.
